Hi I have taken new connection from tpg and the installation was successful on 05/09/2019. Even after , I have no internet connection. The internet and DSL signal are not green (please see the unloaded figure). I call the supported severice, after the online checking the they told me there is no signal in the home at all.   I need a  technican visit to fix this.  ...
