Hi We moved house over the weekend and had our service transferred, which was actually a pretty smooth process (thank you TPG). Unfortunately, the service didn't actually work until Telstra came out and fixed something, which they did today. Now apparently, the really rude and arrogant technican that came out said that he could only fix it up to the front of the house, and that it was now TPG's problem to sort out (this means only one of the multiple phone sockets in the house provdes a connection). What do I need to do to get other phone sockets active in the house? We have 5(!) and the one it is currently connected to is actually the least convenient and provides the worst WIFI coverage.    thanks   Nathan  ... View more

Hi. We are moving house on 28 Feb, and have applied to transfer our ADSL2+ connection. We've just received a text notificaion that installation will be complete on Feb 20.   While it is great it is being done so quickly, does that mean we will lost the connection at our existing property (which would mean over a week without internet)?   thanks   Nathan  ... Hi. We have ADSL2+ with a home phone service. For the past couple of weeks, we have been receiving a message that the "number you are calling is not available from this service" when we try and dial a particular mobile number.
