Had ADSL2+ installed on Sunday. Worked okay for a day or two (getting max download speeds of 14mbps). Today I noticed that I was getting < 2mbps with constant drop outs. Basically the connection is useless, so not sure why I'm paying for the service. Would like to cancel (yes even though I'm on an 18 month contract) without a penalty because < 2Mpbs is not even close to the maximum of 24Mpbs.
