Getting a SMS password reset for a forgotten password for https://account.tpg.com.au/login You get a link like: https://novus.tpg.com.au/novus-csm/tpg/index#?uuid=99f369384498469587bb82925e1234567 Click on the link it opens the app and you can do your password reset. It starts OK but it fails if user user name starts with an lowercase character. The TPG android app that does the password resetting ALWAYS has the first character as uppercase, it will not accept a user ID that starts with lowercase letter. Its tedious having to copy the SMS link and sending it by mail so it can be fixed on a laptop, you should be able to do the lot on ypur phone.

This page does not explicitly say how long the credit of the top up will last.The Service Desk said "The prepaid balance will last until the credit runs out" which is also vague. There can be several interpretations. The additional credit resources only available until next regular prepaid payment is due i.e. it could only last a day or two. The additional credit resources only available for the same duration as your prepaid payment cycle. If you pay monthly then the additional credit resources are avaialbe for a full month. The additional credit resources last until everything is consumed. If the top up is for international SMS usage, a $10 top up lasts until to you have used up $10 worth of SMS messages. If you have a prepaid package that inludes international calls and no SMS this could work out to be very expensive option if you want to use international SMS services. The prepaid international call package is voice only no SMS.

From I can see TPG has no problems with DNS over HTTPS (DoH) ...correct? This facility is found within FireFox and potentially useful for additional security. Searching on this subject producers no results.
