Hi there The power to my broadband and NBN modems was temporarily switched off and when it was turned on again the 'connection light' on the NBN modem was flashing red. I tried to reset the connection box by holding the reset button for 1-2 seconds however it has not worked. Can you please advise on what I can do to get my internet connection back.  Thanks. ...
