I purchased a longer ethernet cable so I could move the modem (Archer VR1600v) to a different location. The ethernet cable doesn't connect to the WAN port on the modem (no lights) from the NBN connection box. Is this an issue with the type of cable I purchased which is a CAT 6E?   I've tried connecting the cable to other devices such as to my laptop, PC, and an old modem, and it works fine.   Thanks in advance for responding. ...
