Hi team, I’m currently with TPG on a FTTB plan (7 months left). I would like to transfer my plan to someone else, because I’m moving and the new place already has internet sorted. So my question: what would be the cheapest way to do this? I’ve phoned up TPG and was told I have a few options: 1. Transfer to someone in my building, so that the address doesn’t change, and it is free. 2. Transfer to someone living somewhere else. This is where I’m confused. I’ve been told that if they also have FTTB available it will be free? But if they only have NBN or ADSL there will be a $99 fee? 3. My new place is also using TPG and I think the landlord’s account has passed the contract period which means he can opt out for free? So maybe I can move my account to there. But I’m not sure if there will be a relocation fee. If the admin can respond I’m happy to DM my new address so you guys can check it out. Is there any other way? Thanks! Young ... View more
