Hey so I have been using TPG service for a little bit more than 2 years and even though my PC is connected via ethernet cables to the router, I've been getting slow download speed, ~1-2 mbs and very high ping, around 200 and often time a 700-1000 average, which I thought was impossible with ethernet.
