What a redicious service TPG provides!!!   I contacted TPG in early Dec 2019 for disconecting my NBN service and TPG called me back for confirming they received my request and the NBN service will cease on 2 Jan.    And today, I found TPG still charges me $69.99 for a new perieod from 15 Jan.
