Hi Moderators   I spent at least 30 minutes to understand how to cancel my mobile service with TPG in December 2019. Finally i was told first to send them email informing the cancellation, after receiving the confirmation from TPG, the prepayment balance $20 will be refunded.    Then I waited until today, nothing happend. I called again today, but was told they have to make a request for refunding and should be aware that the prepayment balance may not be refunded. Even it is refunded, it will be credited to my TPG account, (Ironically i do not have any service with TPG). Then have to call TPG again to ask the prepayment balance to be paid to my credit card.    Can the moderator here to clarify the issues? Why the prepayment balance is not refundable? i saw similar questions on community and the answer is "the prepaymet is refundable".  why not the prepayment balance be refunded to my credit card since i have requested?      Thank you.    Cheers li ... I am trying to cancel the mobile service as i applied the sim plan for my mum to use and now she moves overseas. I called and was told to wait one day for them to call me as they are extremely busy. and was told to keep my phone at hand as they are going to call anytime.  While I insisit as I can not answer their call during a meeting, they JUST HANG UP MY CALL.     I describe the fact that just happned.  ... Hi,    My mobile number was transfered to another provider last Monday, but get charged for a new billing cicle.    I called and get through to talk with TPG staff after staying on call for 1 hour per call. Last week a staff told me the deposit and new monthly charges will be reimbursed into my TPG account within 24- 48 hours. Howerver, when i called today, it turns out no progress was made at all and staff only requested to reimburse the deposit. it has been one week. How difficult to get reimbursed.    Funny thing is TPG instantly chage $11 for transfering number to another provider. How quickly they charge your money.      ... View more
