I've switched from Chariot broadband to TPG NBN and am having trouble accessing my professional email that uses its own domain name (which I own). When I try to go to Manage your email aliases, Check alias says it's not taken, but when I try to register it through Requested alias, it says it's taken. Previously Chariot sent me the renewal notices for my domain name, so I'm wondering if this has anything to do with it? I've phoned TPG and they directed me to call Chariot who, while friendly, said it is an alias problem that should be sorted out by TPG. Help!!!
