i got 50%package loss when trying to ping my home from my mobile, while pinging google with no package loss at all. Also i can not access the opening port on my router. sth is not right, could you fix it pls

Ever since the hack attack couple months earlier, my port 80 has been blocked. Just wondering when will TPG fix it? I am with TPG NBN and use the vr1600v modem. I can access my port 80 at home but can not access it through my mobile internet

Same issue about port 80 and 443. pls help fix it . other ports seems OK.
