Hi, everything was okay for the first few weeks, payment is good. And of all sudden, the green light for internet on the modem doesn't seem to light up. I did not switch off any of the devices prior to that. As soon as i noticed that there are no connections, I have tried switching off/restart the modem and the connection box, and there is still no indication of green light. Please help. Thanks. ...
