Just adding to this thread. I have also followed those instructions and set up bridge mode on the archer modem.   I then set my Asus AC68U to router only mode, pppoe connection with my TPG username/password. The WAN port on Asus is connected to one of the LAN ports on Archer. However it does not connect at all. Asus log shows this: pppd[625]: Timeout waiting for PADO packets.   I rebooted both modem/router but still no connection. Can some one show us what to do please? ... View more
