I missed a call from the team. Called back and spent 10 mins on hold without anyone taking my call. Please consider this my cancellation request in writing with the yser details provided in the PM sent earlier today. I need this acciu3nt cancelled immediatly as i am no longer at the address and have gone with another provider. Please send confirmation refarding cancellation to the email address linked to the account before the new billing cycle. If I am charged again i will raise this issue with the ombusdman. Thank you.
