Hi, We have had our TPG NBN (FTTC) service activated yesterday and all is working well. The one exception is that we have a second phone port in the house, and the phone connected to this point does not work. I called technical support yesterday and the consultant advised that I needed a “home phone receiver”. After some research, I am unable to find any such receivers.
