Hi, A technician came on Friday to install NBN but advised there was no connection from the premises to the NBN connection to the curb where infrastructure is. Hi,   I tried to initiate a service relocation via my online account but i keep getting an error. I've also tried calling but cannot get through as you've limited your service?
