We have just changed our business over to TPG Business NBN and we need our phone for customers to contact us. Currently the phones are diverted via our Account Dashboard to one of the employees mobile phone. It's been 7 days, when we were told 5 and our phones still aren't woking, even though they are plugged in to the phone jack on the modem. I tried calling support on the 1300 number, and after being transfered 2 or 3 times and being on the phone for nearly an hour, on the final transfer, I get a recorded message telling me that all your operators are busy and to ring back later... You do know I would have been happy to wait in the queue right?😡 Please help. David ... View more
