Hi,   My new NBN plan got connected on Monday, my new router arrived today.   The router has been plugged in for 5 hours and I am still receiving the 'Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured' message on my wi-fi connected devices.   I've tried restarting and resetting and to no avail.  I tried to call the technical support line and was waiting for over 30 minutes and the call was never answered, I'm beyond exasperated.  I do not have an ethernet cable to connect my laptop to the router.   Can you please help. ...
