My partner and I paid the $300 NBN Co fee & $70 for the first month (paid on the 12/02/2020) and we've received our modem but STILL haven't been advised of an installation date. Every time we call TPG or NBN they keep telling us to call the other one...this is getting ridiculous.  It's been over a month and we're paying for a servie that hasn't even been set up yet! Tried to call TPG before but I was hung up on and no one is answering my emails. I want to know when my NBN is being installed and I want to be credited for the internet that we havent been provided.
