JUST FOR THE MONEY YOU GUYS CAN CALL ME AND DO ALL F*** THINGS AND WHEN WE HAVE PROBLEM WITH YOUR SH** DEVICES NO ONE TO HELP. UNABLE TO WORK FROM HOME DUE TO THIS ISSUE. My story begins like this.....Took a new connection, worked fine for one day and it stopped working . Called the customer service on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,Friday, Saturday and today and a dozen email to the help desk ....No updates at all. Every time they say wait for 24 hours. REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO GO WITH TPG....S***T SERVICE. NEED REFUND AND CANCEL THE SERVICE. Worst thing is waiting over 40 minutes to talk to help desk and the guy picks up call and transfer to technical team and get a automatic message that they work from only Monday to Friday. Same Company guys don’t know when they work. What a PIECE OF SH***T.
