My FTTC Connection Box inside the house (connects between the NBN line and the router) is not working, with the blue power light flashing (does not go on solid). The box was submersed in water due to flooding through the house and so I believe the box will need to be replaced. Can I please have one sent out ASAP or advise how to get NBN working again. ... ADSL speed has been slowed ever since NBN was made available in the area. Has my speed been throttled??? I’m moving to NBN with TPG anyway - only reason why it is not connected yet is because of the damaged duct work... in the meantime, can you at least provide a service they let’s me check my emails! I've been with TPG since 2011 and have recently experienced slowed internet speeds and sometimes dropouts probably due to multiple wireless devices connected at once. I'm considering moving to an alternate ISP as their modem and technology look better and will be able to handle MIMO. Before I do that, can TPG offer me an upgrade to my existing modem?  ... View more
