I still have no NBN internet after a week. TPG said they were going to sort with NBN and still nothing. I processed a moving home request and got cut off early. Makes organising moving harder and using alot of mobile data which isn't the greatest connection in our area. I expect some compensation for lack of NBN connection eg. Credit or moving home fee waived. If not, as a long time customer we will be forced to change provider at new home. ... View more
