It is a new service initially connected last Thursday. Connected easily and worked really well until late yesterday afternoon. NCD has all lights working...modem does not. Twice tried contacting customer service. Ist time couldn't even get thru.2nd time the line dropped out after being on hold for 45 mins. We are new customers...if this is the level of customer service that we have to put up with....I'll be changing providers beforeel my cooling off period expires.
