Hi, I was searching for 192.168.1.1 on my other currently running Telstra account. After disassembling & connecting via Lan cable to TPG all went well. With no TPG Technicians available the Elderley & less Tech people will find it difficult dealing with the inevitable problem via Phone & Community support. All good for now !

Hi, Also tried http://192.168.1.1 several times but only got a " This site can't be reached " message. Tried 192.168.0.1 & 192.168.0.254 with the same message. Several days now since starting with TPG & I still can't get the router to speak to my PC. Wi Fi. Not a good start.

Hi, I am on a HFC connection & just connected. I am trying to connect my PC with a TP-Link Archer T9uh Wi Fi Adaptor to my TP- Link Archer VR 1600 v Modem. I press the Modem WPS button for several seconds then the Wi Fi Adaptor WPS button but it fails repeatedly. The WPS Light on the Modem does not come on in any way. How do I activate the Modem WPS Button/Led ?
