Hi there , Internet hasn't been connected now for 48 hrs +. Tried disconnecting modem, resetting modem , /ipconfig release and renew, WiFi working but no connection via telephone line. Tried calling customer support. Gave up after 20 mins, as I've got a new born and very time poor. Any light you can shed on this would be great.
