Hi, Despite resetting the NBN modem to the default setting as you have suggested and also changed telephone socket (we have two telephone sockets in the apartment) the internet light is still off. It seems to me that TPG is in some kind of deep trouble at the moment, which never happened before. You have deducted the fee from my account but you have not yet delivered the service as you are supposed to. Can someone please get back to me and look into this? Thank you.
