Hi there   No internet or phone line connection since Tuesday 25 Feb. Internet light on the modem doesn't even flash red (no lights). Have checked NBN and TPG sites for possible outages - nothing listed.    Have done ALL of the below already:   Connect your computer directly to your ADSL modem using Ethernet cable without any router to eliminate possible router or wireless network issues. Still no internet "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.
