Hi, I lost my internet and phone connection since 27 Feb, checked and there was no outage issue at around Murdoch WA area.  On my Archer V1600 router has no ligh on "Internet".  The power light is green.  Had try calling the TPG tech group but cannot get through, please help. ... View more
