I don't care that I am on an unlimited plan, I still need to see my data usage.   I am sick of TPG stripping away services.   I am still annoyed TPG disconnected my ADSL from a second location when specifically told not to (I was switching one address to NBN, had two separate connections and both were switched off.) I have since been forced to pay more for the NBN connection at a slower speed and lower data allowance simply because I was not allowed to reconnect an ADSL connection as it is seen as a new connection and only NBN can be used for new connections.   Pretty sick of TPGs lack of support. Hi, Cannot attach a file using the new-postoffice.tpg.com.au browser email webclient. Using Google Chrome Version 83..4103.61 (Official Build) 64-bit on Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 - OS build 18363.836. Have cleared cache, rebooted etc and same error every time: new-postoffice.tog.com.au says Error occurred uploading attachment: Only an OK button and no details. Doctor working from home and need reports sent desperately. Thanks, Steve.   Work Around found.   It appears to be a browser issue. Get error as mentioned with Chrome and also with the New Microsoft Edge - Version 83.0.478.37 (Official build) (64-bit) which is really Chome   However, luckily I kept the legacy Edge installed as am able to attach files no problems and send.   Please let your developers know there currently is an issue with the latest Chrome update(s).   Regards, Steve ... Hi, I am frustratingly trying to enrol on the MyGov website, however, tpg are not pushing the emails containing the 6 digit code I need to progress to the next step fast enough.  I received the first one 1 hour after the timestamp suggested that TPG had received and not pushed it out. I keep entering the code I receive but receive the Message: The code you have entered has expired. You will need to get a new code and try again (RFM32) Very painful, please address this asap. I have noticed over the years TPG's level of customer and technical support declining over the years to the point where it is near non-existant.   We only recently upgraded to NBN and I wanted to go with another provider because of TPG's poor support, but my wife wanted to keep her email she uses as a doctor.   I don't think I have had an answer via phone support in under 45mins for years and recently tried the call back method and twice missed the return calls as only rang for a few rings and not the maximum rings I have set my mobile to ring for.   I have tried the new Chat online because of the C-virus and have received 100's of the message "Our team members are currently serving other customers. We appreciate your patience. Please try again later."   On the four times I have been in a que the lowest I got was down to in the 70s in line and then kicked off the line somehow.   I am ready to go to Ombundsman and place a complaint.   I have the NBN connected in two locations, both with TPG, both have the same Archer AC1600 modem, both external IP Addresses are Dynamic and have configured the modems for Port Forwarding using the the same method (as directed in the all too hard to find how to's) and one located in Doncaster works while the one located in Richmond does not.   I have read many posts with similar issue of users not being able to open ports, please do not simply say TPG does not block any ports.   Anyone else disappointed with lack of TPG's technical support.   Thanks for reading my rant, and if you are from TPG please contact me ASAP.   Regards, one very frustrated TPG customer, Steve Please Stay Safe Everyone:) ... Hi all,   I cannot get port forwarding to work in Richmond VIC.   I have two different sites, two identical TPG provided Archer Modems, which have identical Firmware installed, configured same within Advanced > NAT Forwarding > Virtual Servers, however, when I test the port to confirm it is open in Richmond, it fails, whereas the one in Doncaster VIC works as it should.   I have added, edited, deleted, reset, rebooted, (made sure each port I tried is not used) even tried port 3389, tried 5 digit port numbers, even tried on all 3 interfaces and it never works in Richmond.   Doncaster Screen shots - where it works fine Richmond screen shots - where it all ports seemed to be blocked For such a simple setting I have wasted far too much time.   Please let me know what I need to do (and more likely what TPG need to do) to get this resolved as it appears that on the Richmond NBN connection TPG has blocked all ports.   Thanks, Regards, Steve ...
