No dial tone, and engaged signal when ringing the number. Only have 1 phone which I have tested on another TPG NBN Voip modem. All lights on the Archer VR1600v are normal (Phone 1 light green). Have restarted the VR1600v and NBN box several times. VR1600v System Log in Debugging has "Information: VOIP : Registed to Server Address...." Ringing it it did make a ringing tone once on my mobile, then the engaged tone. From then it just goes straight to engage tone. Have tried the standard troubleshooting from the forums.
