Hi TPG, I called earlier this morning regarding this problem. I have no dial tone and no internet out of the blue around 0915am. Support team asked me to unplug, reset, only plug one device and tried different ports and still no luck. After that they said they will be in touch, but still no reply.... Hi TPG,   Please help me out as my internet speed at home is so slow from time to time.
