Report nbn dropout issue. 11/05/2021 TPG: appointment for nbn technician visit is Tuesday, 11 May 2021, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. 11/05/2021 No one visit. Wasted my day. 12/05/2021 report nbn dropout issue 13/05/2021 TPG :Earliest appointment for technician visit is 13/May/2021, 8AM - 12PM. 13/05/2021 No one visit. Wasted my day. 14/05/2021 report nbn dropout issue 25/05/2021 report nbn dropout issue 5/06/2021 - 1am drop out every minute 5/06/2021 - 10am - report the issue to TPG 7/06/2021 - 9am technician visited the site and replaced the Nbn box and did some work outside. When he left the connection was ok but after minutes it kept dropping out. 7/06/2021 - 5:30pm report the issue to TPG 8/06/2021 - 2pm report the issue to TPG 08/06/2021 - 8 pm. Got connection 09/06/2021. Dropout again. 09/06/2021 TPG :Earliest appointment for technician visit is 15/Jun/2021, 8AM - 12PM. 10/06/2021 Dropout.

Hi, NBN internet has been dropped out constantly every 2-3 minutes since yesterday. I have checked service status, there is no outage and maintenance. It dropouts every 2-3 minutes and when it's out, DSL is blinking. Would you please check it up and give me advice for solving problems? Thanks

NBN Physical connection Issue on installation with poor technical service !!!.
Wed, 4/03/2020 : received NCD and Wifi modem. 7:00 pm activated NBN and online.
Thu, 5/03/2020 : 10:20am - off line and raised an issue on the phone I told TPG : it is phaycal connection issue on street juction box by rainwater. I have had an ADSL connection issue for years whenever it rains and it started happend since one technician worked on street poll junction box. Many years ago had the same issue on the ADSL and TPG fixed the issue on the street poll juction box by rewiring cable.

Fri, 6/03/2020 : 7:06 am - TPG - "Technician visit appointment - Sat 07 March 2020" 9:50 am - TPG - "Your TPG Service appears to be working normally" 9:50 am - Me - "Do not cancel the appointment because the cause of the issue is physical line problem on the street by rain" TPG - "won't cancel the Technician appointment" 12:27 pm - rang TPG again to confirm the appointment. 5:00 pm - TPG - "URGENT - this is an appoint reminder from nbn .... 1pm ~ 5pm ..."

Are you able to check physical line rather than saying it's online now and ok ?
