Yes. This is a joke. I haven’t had internet connection since midnight last night. I try to call TPG. No response. We are advised to contact them via chat but there is an error. How do I trust TPG service in future.

Hi. I haven’t had any internet connection since 5pm. There is no DSL connection. Is there an outage? It has dropping in and out every night around 9pm.

Just changed over to FTTB, the internet connection is not stable and keeps dropping out. This is stupid, litterally comes back on and drops off again in 2mins. Without consistently recycling the router there is no use. Why join a plan when you have to keep maintaining a router or a line.

Hi. I have recently been connected to FTTB. I was on previously ADSL2+. I have had no internet access over the past week prior to FTTB. Now this is the same issue. I removed big talk add on from my plan. My phone number is now “not valid”. This is purely an issue of TPG. As a result I have to pay for excess data usage on my phone. Can someone like an engineer please call me. I don’t want to talk to help desk as they don’t know what they are or I am talking about.
