This is 3rd time for disconnect or dropped out for my ADSL2+. I fixed my cables on last yr of Nov and this yr of Feb. That disconnection happened on last Thursday 1 pm... I called tech support and waits for 1wk (maybe)... I have my telecomuting jobs at home and need internet as soons as possible... Last of 2 cases about internet, it spent 1 and half wks to re-works my interent... I don't think I have patient for it... Why this is happend agian? Is that our area problems? Are they not able to fix cables on 24 hrs?
