I asked you over a week ago for a payment extension because I have been sent home for a fortnight without pay because of the virus. You sent a email today saying no extensions. Please email me NOW with the total amount that I owe and I will borrow the money pay the bill and will cancel my contract. If this is how you treat customers that have been with you for over twelve years, I don't want anything to do with you.
