Hello I have recieved a msg saying to connect my modem and i have connected it correctly and checked so many times and still there is no internet. I checked if there is an outrage and it said my address is not connected to NBN. How is that? Can someone help me. I need the internet. when i spoke on the phone to connect to NBN they told me i will not be off internet and all i have to do is reconnect the new modem. I am disappointed. ... View more
