I've been without internet since at least Sunday afternoon. I've had a ticket logged since Sunday but haven't heard back from TPG. Spoke to a bloke online and while he was nice and did his best he just asked me the same questions I was asked originally. I just want to know what is going on as the whole situation is driving me crazy.
