No internet for two days. NBN Connection Box has power on but upstream, downstream and online lights are all flashing. Powered both the Connection Box and TPG router several times. They've removed phone operators, online chat is not being responded to, no community responses. Nothing. No support service what so ever. None. I cant for the life of me get a response to a simple service request that whilst unresolved sees me paying for a service TPG cant/wont deliver.   For me, its time to stop bank deductions, cancel, and get the hell out.  ... Hi. Have just set up a TPG NBN account but realised the previous resident has not left behind the NBN Connection Box. She is 91 y.o. and in aged care. I am going to have to purchase a replacement myself.
