Cannot upgrade NBN online or via email

I am not able to upgrade my plan for last one week. Online portal throws error: Unfortunately there was an unexpected error when submitting your registration. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please contact TPG Customer Service on 13 14 23 for further assistance. When contacting TPG, please quote this error code: < E:adsl_comm:thread_exists >   Chat person says send email to planchange@tpg.com.au but they never respond.  It is just frustrating, anyone else facing this issue.  ...
