Hi there, We're experiencing very slow broadband speeds in Preston, Vic, 3072. The download speed is only 5.8mbps then on a second test 6.5mbps. The upload speed is only 0.8mbps then on a second test 0.9mbps. I will be hosting an internet radio show soon, which requires streaming of video and audio. the minimum upload speed is 3mbps, but it should preferably be 5+mbps. What needs to be done to get the upload speed much higher?   Thanks so much for your help with this...
