I try to contact with TPG support team but cannot connect them. Cannot phone them any more, only get support through chat online. But always receive message “Our team members are currently serving other customers. We appreciate your patience. Please try again later.” I just registered to upgrade to NBN and now feel too disappointed with their service. ... View more
