Had my service (NBN) installed last week and still cannot use my WiFi as the newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured. I am currently using Netcomm NF12 and I have tried everything to configure and re-connect but still no luck. Tried to ring TPG for technical support and waited for an hour but no one is available for assistance. Even getting to chat support is hard. Please help. Can’t waste any minute as this service has already been paid.
