Hi,    I have moved houses, and I moved in a house which already had set up NBN HFC connection.    I called TPG in relaiton to service relocation, and everything was going smoothly and I was told that the servcie will be activated 24-48 hours. Unforetunatelly it has be over two weeks and I have been rasing this questoin and apparently I always get told it will be 24-48 hours but with no sucess.  I dont even know to who to escalte this case to, because online chat the waiting period is 5-6 hours just so that I can be told the same thing that it will take 24-48 hours.  ...
