A technician came to connect my TPG home network from ADSL to NBN 2 days ago as scheduled, but he could not proceed because he said he needed to order a special equipment and did not have it. He reconnected my network back to ADSL but asked me to call TPG to tell them what has happenned and to reactivate my ADSL. I have tried but got redirected to Online chat support. I have not had home network for 2 days. How can I get this resolved please?
