I've now had this issue, it wasn't a problem before the 23/3/2020 when a planned maintenance happened. Where i usually obtained 20ping on official valve servers on csgo i now have 80 - 100. Is there a fix to this ? Tracert shows valve servers at 70 to 80 ms

There was planned maintenance in my area by NBN and internet went down from 12 am to 4am. I usually had around 20ms/ping on servers whilst gaming (on steam) and no i receive a constant 80 ping. I'm unsure what has changed but speed test still shows a ping of 9 and a speed of 90Mbs download. Doing a Tracert shows routing path has changed. Will this be fixed ? Any help would be appreciated.
