I cancelled my account more than one month ago yet I am stilled being billed! I spoke with a representative and I informed that the residence is longer occupied. I wish to cancel my internet account at the end of this billing period and not get charged for the next. I have requested various times but keep getting referred to an account assistant and then it never transfers.
