Hi    I unplugged my modem and afterwards the DSL light never came on again.  Its the same cable and modem I have had for the last year.  Please can you check the connection otherwise I probably have a faulty modem.    Yes I have tried to switch it back on and off and yes I also plugged the cable in and out.      Kind regards Elena ...
