My nbn installed 2 weeks ago. Last Sunday it dropped and power on but link symbol light in blue blinks on and off every second. I have no internet since. I checked my area nbn status and does not found outrage. I tried reset nbn box but still does not work. Please tell me why. ... View more

HI, MY TPG CUSTOMER ID IS 4953774. I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING TPG TECH SUPPORT SINCE LAST SUNDAY, HOWEVER, NO MATTER I TRIED  CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE OR COMMUNITY CHAT OR ON-LINE TECH CHAT, NONE OF THESE IS WORKING. IT'S BEEN SO MANY DAYS WITHOUT INTERNET AND MY NBN INSTALLED ONLY 2 WEEKS AGO (11/03/20).
