Hi,   It's been 5 days I am trying to have a solution to my connection and I understand internet is a essential service, specially during this time.  Meanwhile, TPG doesn't know what to do with my problem, many hours lost on the phone, chat... I am tired of trying, trying and trying. TPG is breaking the contract when does not provide me the service, so I request right now a cancellation and also a refund of 59.00 that was debited today from my account, plus a compensation for the last 5 days without connection!!!!!   Regards,   Rodrigo ... I had an NBN FTTC installation 2 days ago. The NBN device is showing all the lights blue, but the router sent by TPG does not connect. I have tried different channels to communicate, but apparently nobody is looking my case at all. I already spoke at least with 2 people on the phone (after waiting 2 hours in both cases!!!) and at least 2 on the chat as well. The chat says they will redirect me to the case manager and nothing happens!!! What should I do now? The whole country is progressing to a lock down and I cannot have internet thankfully for TPG! ...
